2016 has been an exciting year for KSVY and SVTV!
We are finally under new management, we’ve secured our nonprofit fiscal sponsorship with ISI (Inquiring Systems Inc.), we have expanded our programming, and we’ve welcomed several new radio hosts and sponsors.
During our 2016 Year End Fund Drive, you can help us continue to expand our programs and to ensure we have the resources to bring you the cutting edge content that the Sonoma Valley community demands. Make your year-end tax-deductible donation today and show your support for community radio!
KSVY is a community radio station, and unlike public radio such as KQED, we receive no Federal funding. We rely solely on sponsorships and donations from generous members of our community.
Did You Know…
SVTV now broadcasts 84 Sonoma Valley Government meetings a year, extensive Sonoma Valley High School sports games, and many other civic functions and events.
KSVY helps local youth build career skills and gain valuable work experience in radio communications through its Youth Radio Program.
KSVY has more than 70 volunteer radio hosts that offer their expertise for FREE on topics ranging from Aging to Sports and everything in between! We also have Spanish language radio three days a week. We bring together the most diverse members of our community! We cover the issues, events, and topics that matter most to our community.
KSVY is a nonprofit organization AND one of the leading supporters of other nonprofits in Sonoma Valley, offering free radio PSA’s, promotion, program outreach and more.
Our programs would not be possible without support from people just like YOU! Please join the KSVY family, or renew your support by making a year-end tax-deductible donation TODAY.
Thank you!
The KSVY Crew—Bob, Stan, John, Takeshi, and our more than 70 radio hosts!
